We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Some medical products may not be eligible due to hygiene/safety reasons.

Due to hygiene and medical standards, supports and braces cannot be returned once worn, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Opened or used bottles cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed bottles may be eligible within the return window.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working
